Underground Utilities

JBI Contractors is capable of providing a full range of underground utility services including potable water, reclaim water, gravity sanitary, sanitary force main, sanitary lift stations, and fire protection. We have installed precast concrete and fiberglass lift stations, wet-tapped existing utility mains, installed in-building fire risers, gate valves of various sizes on all pressure pipe, fire hydrant assemblies, and much more. JBI has worked with many local municipality agencies on new projects, maintaining existing systems and making emergency repairs as well as General Contractors and private developers. We believe there is no project too big or too small, whether you have an existing system in need of repair or a project in the beginning stages of development looking for ideas in value engineering, we would love to help.

Storm Drainage

JBI Contractors has the ability to provide a variety of solutions to help maintain and direct storm drainage on your project. JBI has experience with multiple different installations of underground storm retention products Including cultech chambers, stormtech chambers and perforated storm pipe wrapped in #57 stone. We have the equipment needed to excavate storm drainage ponds and have the digging and lifting ability to set heavy precast storm structures, large diameter concrete pipe, and smaller HDPE and PVC roof drain storm systems with nylosplast yard drains.

Earthwork and Grading

JBI Contractors utilizes the latest and greatest technologies of earthmoving and can move thousands of cubic yards of dirt onsite each day. With the use of GPS machine control and TRIMBLE, JBI is able to maximize efficiency and productivity on your job site, lowering the project's overall costs while increasing overall accuracy. JBI is suited to excavate wet and dry retention ponds of all sizes, compact building pads, and place and grade road base such as lime rock or recycled crushed concrete. We can also pour and place concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and striping and signage.

Land Clearing and Demolition

If your project requires land clearing or building demolition, JBI Contractors can help. JBI has experience with selective building demolition, removing only select walls and other items, not the entire structure, as well as complete building demolition. Using proper BMP techniques such as silt fence, tree protection, and turbidity barriers before demolition starts, we ensure all waste stays on site. Whether your project is less than an acre or multiple acres JBI has the ability to remove existing trees, organic matter, buildings, sidewalks, etc. to prepare your property for construction.
